Hi All,Â
Sadly this is a process that is not all that intuitive, based on my experience and the feedback of others over the years. Â Thank to our new Webmaster, Marcy, here are the instructions if you need to reset your password for any reason.Â
This is the process:
1. You click the "Lost Password?" link and are taken to a form where you add your email address. This email may go to spam.
2. Then you receive an email with a link to reset your password. This email also has a page to go to and add a code from the email, but it's much easier to just click the link.
3. You are taken to a forum page that says that a new password will be emailed to you
4. Next you receive another email with your new password. This email may also go to spam.
5. Then you can go to the Forums login page and add your username and the new password from the email.
6. Then you can go to CP User (Control panel up by your name)Â and change your password to one you want.
Please contact me if you have any problems and we'll figure this out.Â
Fingers Crossed, Cathryn
